Amoud Construction Inc. was incorporated on December 20, 2023, in Ontario. Mr. Taimaz Mehrani is the Company’s sole owner.

The Company will design, construct, and renovate key farm infrastructure facilities such as barns, silos, greenhouses, cold storage units, and other buildings and structures of key importance for the operations of modern farms. Amoud Construction Inc. will implement advanced construction techniques and sustainable practices within the services it provides. The Company will be based in Hamilton, Ontario, as the city offers great logistical and operational convenience and it an opportunity to target key agricultural hubs in the province, such as Leamington, Chatham-Kent, and Woodstock.
